Most trips originate from the First State Plaza shopping center on Route 4 in Stanton, Delaware. Some trips also leave from the Brandywine Town Center Park & Ride area located at Naamans Rd. and US Route 202. We cannot be responsible for vehicles (or their contents) left in parking lots.

CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend as reserved, tour tickets are generally transferable to another person. However, in some cases we will be unable to transfer due to security or clearance reasons. Our cancellation/refund policy is as follows:
ONE DAY MOTOR COACH TOURS: Full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled trip date less any non-refundable monies paid on your behalf (such as tickets, meals, etc.) and a $10 per person service fee. Cancellations made 60-30 days prior to scheduled trip departure date will receive a partial refund - the amount paid less a $10 service fee per person and less any monies paid on your behalf for tickets, meals, attractions, etc. No refunds will be issued for trips cancelled with less then 30 days notice before the scheduled trip departure.
MULTI-DAY MOTOR COACH TOURS: Motor coach refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to 90 days before scheduled trip departure date less any non-refundable monies paid on your behalf (such as hotel, tickets, meals, etc.) and a $10 per person service fee. Additionally, cancellations made 60 days or less prior to scheduled trip departure date will be subject to a 15% service fee less any non-refundable monies paid on your behalf (such as tickets, meals, hotel etc.). Refunds cannot be made for non-refundable purchases that have been made on your behalf. No refunds will be issued for any trips cancelled later than 45 days before the scheduled trip departure.
Delaware Express has the right to cancel any trip up to ten (10) days prior to the trip with you receiving a full refund in this event.
EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS: Delaware Express will notify you if transportation is cancelled due to any circumstances beyond our control which may compromise safe travel (examples but not limited to weather, terrorism, acts of nature). You will receive a refund for the transportation portion of your trip. Ticket purchases, meals, and hotel accommodations may not be refundable depending on the policy of the vendor and is out of our control. If the trip goes as scheduled and you choose not to attend, Delaware Expressís regular cancellation policy is in effect.
