All transportation TO or FROM a port (Airport, Train Station or Cruise Terminal) requires a reservation. We can accept passengers without a reservation, but an additional surcharge applies. | |

Is there a fee for canceling a reservation..? | |

Any airport shuttle or private car reservations cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will be charged (or invoiced if set up as a corporate Direct Bill) the full fare, less gratuity. | |

To make changes to a reservation booked over the phone or through our web site, give a call to our customer service department at 800-648-LIMO as soon as possible...
Online reservations can be viewed or cancelled (but not modified) through our web site. To make a change you need to cancel your current reservation and make a new one... Any reservation made over the phone CANNOT be reviewed on-line...

Deposit & cancellation policy: A $200 deposit per vehicle per day is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to departure.
