Do I have to make a reservation..?
All transportation TO or FROM a port (Airport, Train Station or Cruise Terminal) requires a reservation. We can accept passengers without a reservation, but an additional surcharge applies.
Is there a fee for canceling a reservation..?
Any airport shuttle or private car reservations to or from PHL cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will be charged (or invoiced if set up as a corporate Direct Bill) the full fare, less gratuity. For outlying airports such as LGA, EWR, JFK, BWI, etc., this window is up to 6 hours

While a credit card is required for over-the-phone or online booking, we DO accept cash, and most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners Club)
How do I make changes to my reservation after booking it..?
To make changes to a reservation booked over the phone or through our web site, give a call to our customer service department at 800-648-5466 (option 1) as soon as possible...
Online reservations can be viewed or cancelled (but not modified) through our web site. To make a change you need to either give us a call or cancel your current reservation and make a new one. Also, please note: any reservation made over the phone CANNOT be reviewed on-line

What are the luggage restrictions..?
Each passenger is allowed 3 pieces of luggage...
Excessive amounts of baggage or larger sized pieces are subject to a $5 baggage handling charge per item; these include, but are not limited to, golf bags, surfboards, skis, snowboards, steamer trunks and the like
Do I have to pay full price for my child..?
All little Delaware Expressers age 11 and under ride for free

Bus Charter Cancellations
Deposit & cancellation policy: A $200 deposit per vehicle per day is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to departure.
-Cancellation notice > 45 days prior to departure date is required for full deposit refund
-Cancellation < 45 days > 7 days will be accessed a $200 cancellation fee per bus per day
-Cancellations < 7 days will be assessed full fare.† .
